"Tell us about your best and worst Valentine's Day"
BEST
Jeri Mosby
Sophomore
"My best Valentine's day was in 10th grade. After school my boyfriend took me to my cheerleading coaches office and on her desk was a huge basket with balloons on it. Inside of the basket was candy, Victoria's Secret lotion, body wash, and samples, Victoria's Secret pajamas and a teddy bear. It was so pretty and huge! The whole day everyone had been telling me that I had a good present. I displayed in the stands during my game and afterwards we went out to eat at Applebee's. I still have the basket and the pajamas."

"It was February 2002. I was a freshman in college. My
Girlfriend of the time was Hasmik. She's from
Armenia, her name means Jasmine. She sent me on a day
long scavenger hunt. Around 7 clues or something. At some point I got side tracked and waited a
little too long to find the last clue; due to her
friends tracking me down and telling me that, "I really
should.." go find the last clue. I laughed and went to
this local pond where we had our first kiss. When I got there it was full of
floating candles, there was music playing so we
could dance; she loves to dance. There was a
photographer there that took pictures for us. She was
standing with gifts and sweets and cards in hand,
looking gorgeous as always. Of course, we danced,
and kissed, kinda cheesy-romantic I know, but it was
pretty cool."

"My best Valentine's Day has two parts. The night before Valentine's Day my boyfriend, our two best friends, and me did something together. Me and the other girl set up the tree house at my house with lights and stuff and we had heart shaped burgers for when the guys got there. After dinner we set it up with all kinds of comforters and pillows and watched "the notebook" on my laptop. The actual day of Valentine's day I went over to my boyfriends house and he cooked me a huge dinner and we ate in his backyard that he had set up with tulips, which is my favorite flower. For dessert he had Swiss cake rolls made up all fancy because he knows that I love them. Then he gave me a book of poetry and we laid in the hammock while he read it to me."
